Roxanne Perez showed up for her scheduled WWE Money in the Bank meet and greet in Santa Monica—but it wasn’t business as usual.
Following recent threats from a disturbing Twitter account that posted her alleged home address and ran a countdown to June 6, WWE wasn’t taking any chances. A Ringside News correspondent confirmed that Perez’s appearance at the MITB store in Santa Monica on June 8 was met with strict security enforcement from start to finish.
Fans attending the event were reportedly patted down before getting anywhere near Perez, and there was a strict no-touching rule in place. “It’s clear that proper precautions are being taken to ensure her safety,” the correspondent told us.
This follows the online terror aimed at Perez, stemming from a Twitter account titled “Is Roxanne Perez D3ad yet?” that went as far as to post her home address and hint at physical harm. When asked online if she was dead yet, the account replied:
“Unfortunately not.”
WWE executive Adam Pearce already acknowledged the threat and confirmed that it had been reported to the proper authorities. Perez, for her part, has remained professional and focused. She competed in the Money in the Bank ladder match and delivered a strong showing—even though she didn’t walk away with the briefcase. Fans have since rallied behind the former NXT Women’s Champion, applauding both her resilience and WWE’s handling of the situation.
Roxanne Perez isn’t letting a stalker scare her out of the spotlight—and WWE’s making damn sure she stays protected. With bodyguards, pat-downs, and zero tolerance for weird fan behavior, it’s clear the company isn’t messing around. Perez showed up, smiled for photos, and handled business like a pro—because no threat is going to slow her down.
