Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma topped the charts for most partnership runs for any wicket in women’s T20Is during the 2nd T20I against England in Bristol on Tuesday.
Smriti and Shafali have been a formidable left-right pair for India at the top of the order and now have 2724 runs together as a batting duo in the format.
The Indian pair went past Australia’s Alyssa Healy and Beth Mooney who have amassed 2720 runs together.
